With Holivia, we initiate a positive culture of support for your employees for a sustainable individual and collective well-being. We help you to integrate mental health in the heart of your company.
The name "Holivia" means "holistic path", a concept that mental health is as important as physical health. It is also the name Olivia, a way of reminding us that nothing can replace human empathy when we need to be accompanied.
Holivia is a solution based on the complementarity of human accompaniment and behavioral sciences, for a real and lasting impact, individually and collectively.
Jérôme Crest is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and MIT. After 10 years in the energy and logistics sector, and a first experience in a startup, he created Holivia in April 2020 with Imad Wakidi to make mental health a pillar of corporate performance.
Adept in personal and emotional development, positive psychology and cognitive and behavioral therapies, Jérôme Crest has forged his expertise by surrounding himself with recognized experts in the field.
Member of the board of the MentalTech collective, this Marseilles native contributes to the emergence of the tech ecosystem in the South of France.
Trained as an engineer, Imad Wakidi joined the tech world where he worked for 8 years in the fields of technology, product and organizational transformation.
Following a personal experience, he understood the major role that the mental health of individuals will play in the development of our society.
Convinced of the positive impact that individual coaching can have on individuals, organizations and society in general, he joined Jérôme Crest to create Holivia and propose a product that allows employees to know themselves, to realize themselves and to reveal their own potential.
Limiting psychosocial risks, allowing each person to reach his or her full potential, reinforcing individual commitment and thus developing the overall performance of the organization; these are Holivia's missions.
An individual and human accompaniment , via a platform resulting from the research in cognitive and behavioral therapies, as a means of sensitization, of decompartmentalization and to improve the quality of the accompaniment.
Collective support through internal communication, awareness-raising, training of all stakeholders (CSE, occupational medicine, etc.), on site or remotely, and measuring the impact of mental health on performance.
Work according to the "Kaizen" philosophy, by iterations and small steps, in a continuous improvement process, where each mistake is an opportunity to learn.
Organizations must take care of the mental health of all their employees in the service of their collective project. The taboo that mental health is negatively associated with illness and weakness must be broken.
We have all been through difficult events, all your employees can improve their mental health. We want to give them confidence and skills in managing their private and professional lives.
70% of French employees believe that the company should play its role as a social link and that it could do more to protect psychological health. Well-being is the second most important criterion when looking for a job, well before salary and just after the attractiveness of the position.
This requires an empathetic, authentic and caring approach with our teams. It also means creating an environment of trust and transparency. Finally, it means paying constant attention to our clients and their employees.
We are committed to personal development and skills enhancement, in order to promote the fulfillment of each individual. We value team spirit and group energy as the driving force behind our ambition.
We are doers! We encourage a creative and iterative spirit, because every action is an opportunity to learn. Nothing is fixed, everything is built, everything is improved, everyone is an actor and guarantor of our continuous improvement.
All of our decisions are guided by simplicity and value to maintain our focus.
We are looking for people who are aligned with our mission to promote mental health. This involves a "care" approach and building an environment of trust and transparency.
We are looking for talent that is motivated to join a project that makes sense, that has a creative, iterative spirit, that will be able to adapt throughout our adventure and that will be able to grow along with the project.
